1. Acceptance

By creating an account on New Life Plan you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be of legal age in your country and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes confidential and for all activity on your account. Only one account per person is allowed.

3. Packages and payments

A package is activated only after the payment has been verified by the administrators or confirmed by an authorised payment gateway message. Submitting a payment reference does not activate a package. Packages and top-ups, once activated, are recorded in the ledger and are not reversible except where an administrator decides otherwise for a documented reason.

4. Earning cap

Each top-up adds 222% of its DP to your remaining earning cap. All income types are paid only while a cap remains. Income above the remaining cap is flushed and is not payable.

5. Qualification, wallets and withdrawals

Use of wallets and withdrawals requires 2 qualified direct users. Income that could not be credited because of missing qualification or cap is shown as Lost / Potential Income for information only and has no cash value. A withdrawal is subject to an admin fee of 10%, the split described on the website, email OTP confirmation and administrator approval.

6. No guarantee of income

Income depends on the activity of you and your network. We do not guarantee any level of income, and past results do not indicate future results. Please only participate with money you can afford.

7. Changes to rules

Rates, limits and rules may be changed by the administrators in the future. Changes apply to future income and do not alter entries that are already in your ledger.

8. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, false information, multiple accounts, abuse of the system or attempts to bypass security controls may lead to suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals and reporting to the authorities where required.
